S E N T E N C E

  1. The defendant has pleaded guilty to three charges. Firstly a charge of burglary that on 4 July 2020 he entered the complainants property and stole items to the value of $267.60. Secondly that the following night he again entered the premises of the complainant no doubt intending to steal more goods but was chased away by the complainants dog and the complainant who awoke because of the dogs barking.
  2. You must be one of the dumbest people I know Afa because you knew being from the village this is the house of a judge. And you broke into the house the first time and then having succeeded went back again the next night and tried again but were chased away by the judge and her dog.

  8.   9. So for the sake of the record for the original burglary and theft two (2) years imprisonment, remand in custody time to be deducted. For the second burglary six (6) months imprisonment, concurrent term.
