AN ACT to repeal the Beverage Container Tax Act 1992/1993.

BE IT ENACTED by the Legislative Assembly of Samoa in Parliament assembled as follows:-

1. Short title and commencement - (1) this Act may be cited as the Beverage Containers Tax Repeal Act 1998.

(2) This Act shall apply from 29 May 1998 and accordingly shall have retrospective effect.

2. Repeal of Act - The Beverage Containers Tax Act 1992/1993 is repealed.
