(AMENDMENT) ACT NO. 34 OF 1998

An Act to amend the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission Act No. 35 of 1993.

BE IT ENACTED by the President and Parliament as follows:-

AMENDMENT OF THE VANUATU FINANCIAL SERVICES COMMISSION ACT

1. The Vanuatu Financial Services Commission Act No. 35 of 1993 is amended as set out in the Schedule.

COMMENCEMENT

2. This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
