An Act to amend the Road Traffic (Control) Joint Regulation (Amendment) Act No. 55 of 1989.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1. Amendments
   

The Road Traffic (Control) Joint Regulation (Amendment) Act No. 55 of 1989 is amended as set out in the Schedule.

2. Commencement
   

This Act is taken to have commenced on 27 December 1989.

1 Item 9

Delete “33” wherever occurring, substitute “34”.

Delete “H” wherever occurring, substitute “10”.

2 Item 15

Delete “Schedule H (section 33)”, substitute “Schedule 10 (section 34)”.
