BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING THROUGH THE
MILLENNIUM CHALLENGE CORPORATION AND
THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF VANUATU
(RATIFICATION) ACT NO. 9 OF 2006

An Act to provide for the ratification of the Millennium Challenge Compact between the United States of America acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation and the Government of the Republic of Vanuatu.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1. Ratification

The Millennium Challenge Compact between the United States of America acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation and the Government of the Republic of Vanuatu is ratified.

A Copy of the Compact is attached.

2. Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
