INTERNATIONAL COVENANT ON CIVIL AND POLITICAL RIGHTS (RATIFICATION)
ACT NO. 11 OF 2008

An Act to provide for the ratification of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows:

1 Ratification

The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights is ratified.

A copy of the Covenant is attached.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
