An Act to amend the Economic And Social Development Loans (Issue of Bonds) Act No. 24 of 1985.

BE IT ENACTED by the President and Parliament as follows:-

AMENDMENT OF ACT No. 24 OF 1985

1. The Economic And Social Development Loans (Issue of Bonds) Act No. 24 of 1985 is amended in subsection (2) of section 2 by substituting the figures "300" and "750" respectively for the figures "150" and "600".

COMMENCEMENT

2. This Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the first day of January, 1988.
