JUDGMENT

1. By Consent of both Parties-
   • (a) Judgment on liability is hereby entered in favour of the Counter-Claimant Scott Francis Walker against the Republic of Vanuatu, as Second Defendant in this action.
   • (b) The amount of damages offered by the Second Defendant and agreed to by the Counter-Claimant is the sum of VT 5.300.000.
   • (c) The Second Defendant shall pay the sum of VT 5.300.000 within 3 months from the date hereof, within liberty to the Republic to apply for extension.
   • (d) There be no Order as to costs.
2. This matter is now at end and the file is to be closed
