ADOPTION CASE No. 05 Of 2010

IN THE MATTER: DENIS CATTING

AND

IN THE MATTER OF: THE ADOPTION ACT CAP. 1958

ADOPTION ORDER

ON THE MATTER being considered in chambers on the 8^th day of February, 2010 and being satisfied that the applicants fully understand the effect of the Adoption Order and have not received or agreed to receive any payment or reward in consideration of the adoption of the child DENIS CATTING and being satisfied that the purpose of this adoption is for the welfare of the child DENIS CATTING.

AND being satisfied that the mother of the said child understand the effect of an adoption order and have consented to the making of an order,

AND being satisfied that the father of the child has abandoned and neglected the child and cannot be found and that his consent should be dispensed with,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the said DENIS CATTING born on 30^th April, 2008 at Norsup Hospital, son of Lucy Kota, is adopted by Deny Kota and Dawn Ora Kota and shall be known henceforth as DENIS CATTING KOTA.
