Upon confirmation by Counsel for the Claimant by letter dated 2^nd March 2005 that all moneys due to the Claimant under the Enforcement Warrant dated 15^th December 2004 have been paid in full, and Counsel has consented to the release of the Police Vehicle No. 2001 currently held at the Court House, Luganville.

NOW therefore I Order that -

(1) The Police Vehicle No. 2001 be released forthwith.

(2) No further order as to costs.
