By letter dated 2nd February 2005 Mr Stephens for the Claimant and Mr Morrison for the Respondents have agreed as follows:-


(1) That within 28 days from the date of this Order all parties herein be required to provide their lists of documents by way of discovery.

(2) That within 14 days thereafter all parties be required to carry out inspection of their respective documents.

(3) The matter is hereby relisted for trial preparation conference on Monday 4th April 2005 at 0830 hours.
