ORDER
Upon hearing Mr Tom Joe for the Applicants and there being no objection to the Application by the Respondent.
(1) The Enforcement Warrant (Money Order) dated 20th August 2004 expiring on 20th October, 2004 is hereby suspended on the following conditions-
(a) That the Applicants shall pay to the Respondent the sum of VT350.000 on or before 20th October 2004;
(b) That Applicants shall pay to the Respondent the sum of VT234, 300 being the balance of the judgment sum on or before 22nd November, 2004;
(2) The Respondent has liberty to apply to reactivate the Enforcement Warrant in the event that there is non-compliance by the Applicants.
(3) The vehicle Reg. No. 2001 be released forthwith to the Police.
