ORDER
Upon hearing Mrs Linnes Moli on behalf of the Public Prosecutor on an Oral Application for Restraining Orders, and upon oral evidence given on oath, I hereby order as follows:-
(1) The Defendant and his father Mr Jacky Ulas and their relatives, agents, representatives be restrained from interfering with the prosecution of this case.
- (2) The Defendant, his father and their relatives, agents, representatives be restrained from going within 50 metres of the office of the Public Prosecutor and the private home of the State Prosecutor, Mrs Linnes Moli.
- (3) The Defendant , his father and their relatives etc be restrained from making contacts through telephone calls or through representatives going personally into the office of the Public Prosecutor and/or the home of the State Prosecutor.
- (4) The Defendant, his father and their relatives etc be restrained from making any threats or intimidation of any kind towards the State Prosecutor and/or any prosecution witnesses in relation to this case.
- (5) Any breaches of this Order may result in the police charging the Defendants for contempt of Court Order or under section 79(b) or (c) of the Penal Code Act [CAP 135].
(6) These Orders shall remain in force until further orders of this Court.
