DIRECTIONS


Upon hearing Mr Saling Stephens of counsel for the Appellant, I hereby issue the following –


(1) Leave is granted to Mr Stphens to access the Magistrate’s Court File at Lakatoro to assist him prepare an Appeal Book.

(2) Appellant will prepare 3 copies of an Appeal Book and file with the Registry in Luganville within 28 days from 6th December 2004.

(3) Appellant will lodge written submissions together with the Appeal Book within the same period of 28 days.

(4) Respondent to file a response by written submissions within a further 28 days thereafter.

(5) A hearing date to be allocated and notified to Parties by the Registry.

(6) Costs to be in the cause.
