UPON hearing Mr Saling Stephens for the Claimant and Mr Tom Joe for the Defendants,


IT IS ORDERED THAT –


(1) The Defendants be given a further 14 days from today to file and serve 2 additional sworn statements.

(2) The Claimant be given 14 days thereafter to file and serve a response.

(3) The parties pay Hearing Fees at VT15,000 per party before Wednesday 20th October, 2004.

(4) The matter be heard at 9 O’clock on Thursday 21st October 2004.
