ENFORCEMENT ORDER

UPON hearing Mr. Kiel Loughman of the State Law Office on behalf of the second, third and fourth respondents, the Court makes the following Orders:

1. THAT the second, third and fourth respondents agree to make two (2) monthly instalment payments of the total amount of compensation and costs of VT370,872 (290,872 VT + 80,000 VT) to the plaintiff in the following ways:
   
   • (a) the first instalment payment will be made in the month of May 2003; and
   • (b) the second and last instalment payment will be made in the month of June 2003.
     
2. THAT the second, third and fourth respondents shall comply with the Orders 1(a) & (b) above.
