Pursuant to section 12 of the Matrimonial Causes Act CAP.192, Notice is hereby given to you and to each of you that no appeal having been lodged against the decree of this Court pronounced on the 24^th day of November, 2000, the marriage solemnised at the Sarakata Seventh Day Adventist Church, Luganville, Santo on 1^st September 1989 between MERELYN HAKWA and PAUL HAKWA is declared by this Court to be, and is hereby absolutely dissolved.
