TRADE DISPUTE JUDGMENT
The applicant in this case claims from the respondent company the sum of $823.00 in payment of 1 ½ months' loss of employment as a result of the non-payment to him of his wages by the respondent company for that period.
Service of summonses on the parties was effected by registered mail in respect of the applicant on the 13th August 1975 and by personal service at the office of the respondent company on the 13th August, 1975. The respondent company failed to appear either personally or by counsel and no memorandum in answer to the applicant's claim has been received by the Court from the respondent company.
On the application of counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant judgment in default of appearance was entered for the applicant in the amount claimed of $823.00
