JUDGMENT

This case was consolidated with Joint Court Civil Case No. 2156.

Counsel for the parties having submitted to the Court agreed terms of settlement in this matter, this action is accordingly withdrawn in the terms of the settlement, which are as follows:-

"Without prejudice and without admission of liability, the plaintiff Tony Blanc and Defendant D.J. Gubbay & Co (New Hebrides) Pty. Ltd. in relation to summons dated the 6th March 1974 and the ?0th March 1974 and in relation to all claims, disputes, matters, actions arising out of and incidental to the plaintiffs employment with the defendant, agree as follows:-

• 1. These terms are not to be disclosed.
• 2. The plaintiff accepts the sum of A$ 1200.00 in full satisfaction and discharge of all the claims referred to above and costs and disbursement, except contractual freight allowances.
• 3. The plaintiff will vacate the accommodation provided by the defendant upon payment to him of the said sum.
• 4. In any event such sum shall be paid within 7 days from the date hereof.
• 5. The plaintiff agrees to withdraw the summons referred to above."

GIVEN at Vila this twenty-second day of March one thousand nine hundred and seventy-four.
