Confirmation of judgment
This fifteenth day of November one thousand nine hundred and thirty two.
Whereas according to the judgment delivered by the Court of First Instance, Central District No. 1, on 18th May 1932, NGUYEN KEE WEN, a Chinese French ressortissant was sentenced to eight days imprisonment and a fine of 1000 francs for sale of alcoholic liquor to a native.
In conformity with Article 21 paragraph 11 of the Convention of 6th August 1914, the Joint Court hereby confirms the aforementioned sentence of the Court of First Instance, Central District No. 1.
