TAMAGUSAKU NANDO, Japanese French Dependent.


JUDGMENT


This eleventh day of December, 1928.

In the matter of a charge against TAMAGUSAKU NANDO Japanese tailor French Dependent.

The above named NANDO stands convicted before the Joint Court for that he did on 1st October 1928 supply wine to native SALE contrary to article 59 paragraph 1 of the Anglo-French Convention of 1914.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said NANDO for his said offence to pay a fine of Frs: 100 and costs of the prosecution.
