JUDGMENT

This fourth day of December, 1928.

In the matter of a charge against MESAO or MISHO, Japanese.

The above named MESAO stands convicted before the Joint Court for that he did on 8th July supply beer to native MATHEW contrary to Articles 59 and 61 of the Convention.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said MESAO for his said offence to pay a fine of Frs:100 and the costs of the Prosecution.
