VINH, Tongkinese, French subject.

JUDGMENT

This ninth day of October, 1928.

In the matter of a charge against VINH, a Tongkinese, French subject.

The above named VINH stands convicted before the Joint Court for that he did on the 5th December 1927 supply two bottles wine to native JIMMY contrary to article 59 parag. I of the Convention of 1914.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said VINH for his said offence to pay a fine of Francs: 20 and the costs of the prosecution.
