JUDGMENT

This 3rd day of January, 1928.

In the matter of a charge against TAM a Chinese British ressortissant of Vila.

Owing to the failure of the witness Guan to appear and consequently no evidence having been adduced in support of this charge the Joint Court adjourns the hearing of this charge sine die; and in the meanwhile the Public Prosecutor should take the necessary measures to enforce the attendance of the said Guan on the day appointed.
