JUDGMENT


This 27th day of December 1927.

Whereas Monsieur ANTOIN ROSSI having been duly summoned to attend at the Joint Court on this day to act as an Assessor and has failed to appear in answer to the said summons without a valid excuse in accordance with the provisions of Art. 12 para.7 of the Convention of 1914, the Joint Court sentences the said ROSSI for his said offence to pay a fine of frs.500.
