PUBLIC PROSECUTOR

CHARLES ROSSI.
This 7th Day of January 1927.
In the matter of a charge against CHARLES ROSSI a French Citizen of Tagabe near Vila in the New Hebrides.
The above named CHARLES ROSSI stands convicted before the Joint Court for that he did on the 22nd Day of May 1926 at Tagabe aforesaid supply to certain natives alcoholic liquor, to wit gin contrary to the provisions of Art; 59 (i) of the Anglo- French Convention of 1914.
Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said CHARLES ROSSI for his said offence to pay the sum of Francs 300.00 as a fine and the costs of the prodecution.
