NAKAGAWA ZENZO
This 3rd day of May 1927.
In the matter of a charge against Nakagawa Zenzo, a Japanese French ressortissant, Storekeeper of Vila.
The above named NAKAGAWA ZENZO stands convicted before the Joint Court, for that he did at Vila aforesaid on the 26th day of April 1927 supply alcoholic liquor to wit one glass of cognac to the native Kalmat contrary to the provisions of Article 59 of the Anglo-French Convention of 1914.
Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said NAKAGAWA ZENZO for his said offence to pay a fine of frs 200 and the costs of the prosecution.
