AH ATWAH for COOK British Subject.


This twenty-eighth day of December one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six.

In the matter of a charge against AH ATWAH, a British Subject living at Vila, in the New Hebrides.

The above named AH ATWAH stands convicted before the Joint Court for that he did at Vila aforesaid on the 6th of November 1926, supply to CHARLIE a native of the New Hebrides alcoholic liquor, to wit one bottle of beer contrary to Art 59 (s.i) of the Anglo-French Convention of 1914.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said AH ATWAH for his said offence to pay a fine of TWENTY-FIVE FRANCS (25.00 Frs) with costs.
