THE JOINT COURT.

CIVIL CASE. No 457.

WHEREAS the native KALOAS and his wife MATAKAN both agreed to apply to the JOINT COURT under Article XXI of the Convention of the 20th October 1906 for a divorce;

AND WHEREAS they both presented themselves at the COURT HOUSE at the sitting of the 3rd of AUGUST 1923 and prayed that a divorce be granted them, THE JOINT COURT, after having duly considered their request and being satisfied that the circumstances justified the granting of a divorce, declared accordingly that the parties were divorced as and from the THIRD day of AUGUST 1923.
