THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR
versus
AH POW.
This twentyeighth day of September 1923,
In the matter of a charge against AH POW, shop keeper, Vila.
The above named AH POW stands convicted before the JOINT COURT for that on or about the TWENTY FOURTH day of September 1923 he sold two bottles of wine to the native ALBERT, contrary to the provisions of Article 59 of the Convention of the 6th of AUGUST 1914.
Thereupon the JOINT COURT sentences the said AH POW for this said offence to pay a fine of FIVE HUNDRED FRANCS (500 Frs.) and the costs of these proceedings.
