TASSOW of NGUNA
This sixteenth day of June 1916,
In the matter of a charge against TASSOW of Nguna having feloniously stolen in and from the store of D. Gubbay at Vila on the 20th. of March 1916 to wit: two singlets of a value of less than forty shillings, the Joint Court decided that whereas the necessary period in regard to the service of summons on the accused had not been observed the aforesaid summons be dismissed.
Costs at the charge of the Condominium.
