CASE No. 278.
This tenth day of January 1916,
In the matter of a charge against John MacPherson of having on the 1st January instant about midday on board the S. S. "Induna" given two pannikins of whisky to the native Kalpoi of Pango, the Joint Court having heard the evidence, considers that the charge has not been sufficiently established.
Thereupon it acquits the said John MacPherson.
Costs at the charge of the Condominium.
