Public Prosecutor v Fraser [1913] VUNHJC 26; Criminal 179 (19 May 1913)

Case No 179

This nineteenth day of May one thousand nine hundred and thirteen in the matter of a charge against ALEXANDER DONALD FRASER.

The above named Alexander Donald Fraser stands convicted before the Joint Court in default of appearance for that in the months of April and May 1911 he did supply intoxicating liquor to Outi, Toa, Malok and other natives contrary to the provisions of Article LIX of the Convention.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said Alexander Donald Fraser for his said offence to pay the sum of two pounds (£2) and the costs of these proceedings.
