JUDGMENT


This twenty-fourth day of September 1912


In the matter of a charge against A. LATROBE of Paama.

The above named A. Latrobe stands convicted before the Joint Court for that on the 5th June 1912 at Paama he supplied to Jimmy Luke and Joe, natives of the New Hebrides intoxicating liquor to wit a glass of whisky each contrary to Artic1e LIX of the Convention of 20th October 1906.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said A. Latrobe for his said offence to pay a fine of one pound (£1) and the costs of the prosecution.

The said sum of one pound (£1) and costs are to be paid into the Condominium Treasury forthwith.
