CHARGED WITH having illegally sold liquor to natives under Article LIX of the Convention.


JUDGMENT GIVEN
On the 9th May 1911, by the Joint Court.

The Court not being sufficiently satisfied as to his identity, the accused, Pouang Ba Van Nyeme is acquitted. The costs of the cas to be at the charge of the Condominium.

The Court remits the fine of £2 (two pounds) pronounced upon Jules Leconte for non-appearance as a witness on the 5th instant.
