Issued pursuant to the island court’s power under rule 3 (1) of the Island Court (Civil Procedure) Rules 2025;

UPON CONSIDERING an application of discontinuance file herein by the Claimant dated 12^th September 2024;

AND UPON being satisfied that the application of discontinuance of claim was in compliance with the aforesaid rules;

The Court hereby declare that the application is allowed and hereby order that the matter of chiefly title name “Naiwan Natou” between Natou Kanako Rapkaukare Iarkuan and Tom Willie Iateknu be discontinue and the file also be close from the island court registry.
