- You must comply with other reasonable directions from the Probation Officers, example attend rehabilitation programs, attended spiritual counselling as directed by your Probation Officers.
- To be supervised by your presiding chief as appointed by your Probation officer as the Community Justice Supervisor.
- You must not leave the country to seasonal scheme unless completing your parole sentence.
- You must not communicate with your victim, her families without prior approval from your Probation Officers.

- To under the Supervisor of Chief Kouke Venis as his Community Justice Supervisor where a Probation Officer will set up.
- Not to consume alcohol
- To undertake counselling with the Pastor of his church.

Release Condition: The decisions that are recommended;

- Not to re-offend again or commit any other offence.
- His Pastor (Willie Meras) will provide spiritual counselling to him.
- To be under the supervision of Chief Avock Alfred will take a full responsibility and act as his Community Justice Supervisor in Faulili community.
- He will reside with his biological parents at Etas (Whitewood area)
- Not to have a direct or indirect contact with the victim ( Ms Joslyn Merris).
- To undertake the rehabilitation program that is directed by the Probation Officers that address his offending.
- Must refrain from alcohol during parole sentence.
