- He is not to have any contact with the victims until a custom reconciliation been performed and also Probation and Community Justice Supervisor assessed he can have a communication.
- Consumption of alcohol is not allowed until his parole ends.
- To work closely with the Chairman of Molirani Council of Chiefs as Community Justice Supervisor, Mr. Toa Tom Jacob.
- Obtain a regular spiritual counseling with Pastor Wala Vutilolo.
- Get a refresher on Family Violence, Victim Impact and Anger Management.
- Work on his project plan and submit a year progressive report to the Board
- Do a Niufala Rod Prokram to provide him information on good choice to life to achieve his goals.

- To get Spiritual help from his home church leader
- Village Chief Mr. Niniam Som to give close monitoring of offender at Littlewood village on Vanua Lava.
- To do Niufala Rod Prokram
- Not to reoffend
- At Santo Mr. Tula Jeremiah to act as Community Justice Supervisor at Banban
- Mr. Malon at Banban Bible Church will provide spiritual encouragement
- To do his project plan on Kava and give a report to Probation within one of his parole sentence
- To have refresher on Sexual Offender’s Module and family Violence.

Release Condition: As recommended:

- He must settle a custom reconciliation with the victim
- Should he misbehave is any manner of sex, he will be recall immediately
- He is to have regular counseling with his Community Justice Supervisor Mr. Aaron Bani
- He is to maintain a meeting with Pastor Godwig Dingley until it is assessed by Probation Office that counseling is no longer needed.
- To fulfill his project of Ball Cabbage and submit a progressive report to Probation
- Not to reoffend in the manner of sex and or any other prescribed by law
- Not to consume alcohol
- Not to Contact with the Victim.
