Decision: He is approved for release on parole to remain on special conditions until 23/01/2020. We are satisfied about his positive rehabilitation and his attitude to corrections. He has apologized and sought forgiveness. Has assured he will not reoffend. He has a good work plan to plant kava, sell it and deal with it commercially.

Release Condition: - Undertake the Niufala Rod program from the Probation services
- Avoid re-offending
- Undertake Rehab Programs as well as Church Programs
- Must return to Ena Village, central Pentecost and be under the supervision of a Community Justice Supervisor which will be appointed and set up by the Probation Services,
- Not to make contact with the victim whether indirect or direct without approval of the Probation Officer
- To perform custom reconciliation ceremony to victim and the community.

Decision: He is approved for release on parole on standard and special conditions to remain until 15/01/2021. We are satisfied he has rehabilitated through the various programs. He has attended and that he has no risk of re-offending.

Release Condition: -To be supervised directly by Probation Officer

- To undertake Spiritual Counselling with Pastor Allan Tari form the Apostolic Church

- Chief George Wilbur in Vila as his CJS

- To undertake “Niufala Rod Program” as directed by a Probation Officer

- To undertake “Sexual Offending” as directed by the Probation Officer

- To reside at Seven Star with his wife
- Not to re-offend
