(1) An Application By

Probation Services Officer For the Recall of Parolee JOHN ETIENNE: and

(2) The Decision of the Board dated 23^rd November 2018 Approving the Recall Application.

RECALL ORDER

WHEREAS the Community Parole Board (the Board) at its sitting in Port Vila on 23^rd November 2018 was satisfied on the facts presented before it by the Probation Officer making an application for the recall of Parolee John Etienne pursuant to Section 61(1)(c) of the Correctional Services Act No. 10 of 2006 (the Act), and

WHEREAS the Board has agreed that the said Parolee be recalled immediately,

NOW THEREFORE Pursuant to Section 63 of the Act, the Board hereby orders that Parolee John Etienne be recalled and returned to the Correctional Centre in Port Vila to serve out the remainder of his Sentence
