Decision: His application is approved on standard and special conditions to remain until his Sentence End Date on 21/10/2018. His medical condition also contributes positively to this decision.


Release Condition: - To reside at Mele Village

- Undertake spiritual counselling with a church leader (Ps Charlie Waiko)
- Undertake Niufala Rod Program
- Must undertake any other rehabilitation programs as organized by the Probation Office
- Not to be involved in any bribery or corruption activities or commit any other criminal offences
- Not to interfere negatively with other political groups or politics that may affect his parole integrity.
- To perform a custom reconciliation to his immediate Chief and other hierarchy of Chiefs in his clan as well as his youths, leaders, church and community at large within 21 days from date of release, on or before 19th May 2017.
- Be under supervision of Chief Willie
- To make a public apology within 7 days from date of release on or before 3rd May 2017.
