Decision: His application is approved for release on parole on half sentence on standard and special conditions to remain until his sentence end date on 21/10/2018. His medical condition also contributes positively to his release today.


Release Condition: - Not to be involved in any bribery or corruption activities

- Not to interfere negatively with other political groups or politics that may affect his parole integrity.
- To undertake a custom reconciliation as “klinim fes” to his electorate people/family and community as well as the state within 21 days from date of release on or before 19th May 2017.
- To undertake rehabilitation programs as directed and arranged by his probation officer.
- Undertake Niufala Rod Program
- To make a public apology to Republic with 7 days on or before 3rd May 2017.
- To be supervised by Chief Sam Usamolikat
- To undertake spiritual counselling with Fr. Doriri.
