Decision: His application is approved for release on parole on standard special conditions and to remain on conditions until his Sentence End Date in December 2017.

Release Condition: - He must at Number Two Wallis with his brother in law Mr. Savier Iauko.

- He must not have conduct with his victim by way of communication in terms of email, phone, or verbal face to face discussion.

- He must also attend any other rehabilitation program that will be organized by his supervising Probation Officer.

- Furthermore, he must attend chiefly counselling with his chief Sam Naliko.

Release Date: Within 1 week from date of decision.
