Decision: His application is approved on standard and special conditions on the positive reports by the Center Manager to remain on parole until his Sentence End Date.
Release Condition: - He must reside at Lonorore Village, South Pentecost Island with his parents.
- He must perform a kastom reconciliation ceremony to his victim and her parents as soon as practicable where convenient.
- He must attend any other program that will be organized by the Probation Officer
- He must not communicate with the victim via telephone /mobile, or face to face communication or nay means of communication but to
maintain a distance unless through his Chief and Community Justice Supervisor or Probation Officer.
- He must find continue to cultivate and undertake farming/gardening to help his family while on parole or any other means of earning
a living.
- He must not re-offend (this offence) or commit other criminal offences.
