Decision: His application is approved on the recommendation of the Centre Manager. He must remain on parole until sentence end date on standard and special conditions

Release Condition:- He must reside at Isangel village Lenakel area, on the Island of Tanna.

- He must perform a kastom reconciliation ceremony to his victim's family
- He must undertake anger management counselling that will be organized by the Probation Officer
- He must not reside at Kormanou village where he had committed this offence
- He must not have any contact with the victim's family directly unless if through his Probation Officer and any contacts need to be after a kastom ceremony
- He must undertake any other rehabilitation programs as organized by the supervising Probation Officer
- He must no reoffend or commit any other criminal offences.
