Release Conditions: - To keep his distance away from the victim at all time.

- To be supervised by Chief Iaput Bod until end of Parole sentence as his Community Justice Supervisor and Counsellor.

- To undertake Spiritual Counselling and undertake any Church activities as directed by a Probation Officer.

- To undertake Niufala Rod Progarm as directed by a Probation Officer.

- To undertake any other rehabilitative and re-integrative program as well as a custom reconciliation where convenient, as directed by a Probation Officer.

- To continue to attend the Reproductive Health Program by the Wan Smol Bag Theatre before he returns to Tanna.
