Release Conditions: - Undertake the Moriah Elohim Praying & Fellowship Program with Pastor Hezekiah at Bladiniere until he lives for Pentecost where convenient.

- Undertake the Niufala Rod Program which will help him gain insight to his offending behavior.

- He should maintain a distance of 100 meters away from the victim and that he should not or try to make contact the victim in any way.

- Not to re-offend again

- To undertake Reproductive Health programs with Wan Smol Bag Theatre.
