The Board approves his application for release on parole on compassionate grounds. He must remain on parole until his sentence end date.


Release Conditions:
On standard and special conditions that:

  1. He is to return to his home village and be supervised by a CJS to be directed by Probation Officer.

  1. He must keep away from the victim at 100 meters as advice.

  1. He must continue to follow medical instructions strictly.

  1. He must not reoffend or commit further criminal offences.
