Decision: His application is approved for release on parole on the basis of his positive reports by the Centre Manager. He will remain on parole until his sentence ends on 16th October 2012, however this is extended until 22nd June 2013.


Release Condition: On standard and the 5 special conditions specified on page 3 of his Pre-release report.


  1. To perform kastom ceremony to the victims, victims family, chiefs and community.
  2. To keep his distance away from victim at all time.
  3. To be supervised by Chief Willie J. Titongoaroto until end of Parole sentence as his Community Justice Supervisor.
  4. To undertake spiritual counseling and undertake any church activities as directed by Probation Officer.
  5. To undertake Niufala Rod Program as directed by Probation Officer.

To be released on or before Friday 22nd June 2012.
