Decision: His application is accepted and approved for release on parole on standard special conditions to remain until his sentence end date on 11th January 2013. Board is satisfied he has made positive changes in his life such that he no longer poses any threat to society. But he must abide strictly with his release conditions.

Release Condition: Please refer to the 5 conditions in his Pre-release report page 5.

1. To return to his village, Rano Mainland, Malekula.
2. To undertake the "Niufala Rod Program" as directed by PO
3. Probation Officer to se up a Community Justice Supervisor
4. To reside under the community care of his Chief
5. Not to re-offend his offence or others.
   

Release Date: Only after 13th March 2012 provided his commits no breach against discipline in the interior. If he does, this decision will invalidated.
